Where do we deliver?
We deliver our products to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
Netherlands Shipment 1-3 business days
Belgium Shipment 1-3 business days
UK Shipment 2-5 business days
Other countries Shipment 5–18 business days
*Shipping to the Netherlands is free of charge if your order total is more than 29 euro. If it is 29 euro or less, a 4 euro fee will be charged.
Exchanges and Returns
If once you receive your DOOOS and you are not totally happy or your glasses do not fit in the case, please write us at email@example.com or contact us via our contact form, we will give you the further steps to return your case for free.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a return. Please remind that the item must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. We recommend you to use conventional post in order to send back your parcel; the cost will be assumed by the customer. Once we have received your return shipment, we will proceed with the exchange you requested or to the refund of the corresponding amount via the same payment method you chose to place the order.
